wow chris, thank you for this. your writing speaks to me i’m a very specific way. my heart nods to your heart. i very much have struggled with this and it’s so hard to navigate your emotional well being with the way the state of the world is.
also i really like the way you write from the perspective of your head voice and inner voice. that is how i think as well and its interesting to see it typed out!
